All paid plans come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with LiftQR for any reason within the first 30 days of your subscription, contact us for a full refund.

Subscription Cancellation

Free Trial Policy
Our free plan allows you to try LiftQR with up to 3 machines at no cost. There are no charges or credit card required for the free plan.

- Upgrade to paid plans at any time

- Cancel paid upgrade within 30 days for full refund
Billing Disputes
If you notice an incorrect charge or have questions about your bill:

- We'll investigate within 2 business days
- Incorrect charges will be refunded immediately
Payment Processing
All payments are securely processed through Paddle. Refunds are issued to your original payment method:

- PayPal: 3-5 business days
- Bank Transfers: 7-10 business days
Note: Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Data Retention After Cancellation
When you cancel your subscription:
- Your data is retained for 90 days in case you want to reactivate
- QR codes will continue to work during your paid period
- After 90 days, all data is permanently deleted
- You can request immediate data deletion by contacting support
